• All listings and offers are considered to be inclusive of GST

• Nameboy.co.nz does not warrant or accept any responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any of the listings or other advertisements and / or representations on this website. Intending purchasers, sellers or users of any kind should satisfy themselves in all respects as to the accuracy of any of the information contained within this website.

• In the event that a deal is brokered between a seller and a purchaser, Nameboy is not responsible
should that sale not proceed nor is it liable for any losses or damages that may arise excepting that:

1. The seller warrants that they are the legal owner of the domain / website (or are agents for the legal owner) and duly authorised to list it for sale
2. The seller is liable for all financial losses that Nameboy incurs in seeking the resolution of any such deal ie all fair and reasonable direct costs and time invested will be charged to the seller.
3. A minimum fee of $250 including gst applies in such circumstances.

• Nameboy.co.nz will not allow the listing of domains intended to foster harm, upset or hurt nor lead to illegal or immoral activity. For the removal of doubt – whilst a listing with an adult theme is acceptable, a listing for a hard core porn site is not. Similarly if a listing is in breach of human rights or incites hatred then the listing will not be accepted.

Sellers are responsible for ascertaining the appropriateness of the listing before placing their advertisement. If you are in doubt please contact us - the worst we can do is say "no thanks"

• Nameboy.co.nz may refuse to list a domain in part or in whole, at its absolute discretion.  Nameboy.co.nz is not obligated to justify or explain any such decision and will not enter into dialogue in this regard.

1. Such decisions may be made where error, misrepresentations, exaggeration, dishonesty, fraud or breach of these terms and conditions is evident.
2. In all cases no refund will be given.

• Nameboy may at its absolute discretion and at any time increase or decrease the cost of advertising on the website or change the terms and conditions of advertising which will apply to all existing and renewing advertisements from the date of notification

• Nameboy will not be liable for any damage or loss which arises from any technical or other fault with this website which results in either downtime or a corruption of the website in any form.

• Nameboy will not be liable for any damage or loss which arises from any virus or corruption from within either this site or any other linked site from any advertisement herein.

• Nameboy respects and maintains user’s privacy at all times and will not divulge personal details including email addresses to any third party unless it is compelled to under law or where it is in the interest of or protection of or defending users of the site.
